Identiying myself as a manager all through. Been an employee and did my labour work quite a lot - time to manage myself, team, family for 3-5 years. Doing PMP in this regard. Not quite sure my place at work. Can PMP success turnaoround? Lot of layoffs around in Tech. Need to manage VLSI, both. Li and Siz still on... I don't quite understand them even now - guess it's best to just listen to the doctor - no close doctor friends or doctors in family.
